The first step of our process will be to visit you, see the building, and listen to what you would like to be undertaken. Upon inspection, we will give you our advice and recommendations, explaining things in depth and helping you to understand the work which might be required.

Discussing Options

We feel it's very important for the customer to understand all the options available, and will discuss everything in depth with you with no time limit. We take great time and care to explain all the options, including materials and finishes, allowing you to make an informed and confident choice.
