"Tom and his lads have just finished re-roofing our house. A roof which was the best part of 45 years old and had been patched up over time. It was in dire need of replacement. The service from quote to completion has been second to none with constant and rapid communication. The price offered by Tom was so good, we didn't even speak to any other companies and quite frankly, we're glad we didn't. Tom and his team were at our house by 8am each day and remained on site until they had done what they could for the day. They didn't even leave for lunch, bringing their own! Heating up their meals was the least we could do! Not like other tradesmen who constantly find excuses to drag a job out over a long period, these lads just get it done."

"The initial reason we considered having our roof done was really aesthetics. It was covered in moss which we thought about having cleaned and also had flat dorma roofs. Many different roofing surveys and quotes all confirmed the same; cleaning the roof would probably cause more damage to the tiles and it needed replacing. We decided that whilst this was being done we wanted to improve the look of the roofs and change the flat roofs to fully tiled Apex. Tom from TM Roofing was fantastic, he discussed different finishes and tiles explaining in depth the benefits of using the latest materials. This wasn’t something the other companies had taken the time to do. We felt that Tom was very dynamic and extremely up to date with the latest technology so were confident that we would have the longevity from the roof that we needed."
"We also spoke to neighbours who had used the TM services and their feedback was excellent. Having a whole new roof is obviously a big expense and the quotes we had from 4 companies including TM roofing were all much the same. We are so glad that we chose them as they were the most professional and courteous team we have ever come across in all our years of renovating our homes. "We're so pleased with the work and service recieved from Tom and the team. They had a big job to do as our roof has awkward extentions and is in a tight location with barely any vehicle access. Our roof was so old and had multiple leaks, every other roofer shyed away from it. However Tom and his team took on the work and have done a brilliant job in such cold weather! "I contacted TM Roofing to quote for reroofing and fixing the roof gutter of a large Victorian house with a hipped parapet roof. They came and visited the site, took measurements, did a drone survey, and after some discussion provided a detailed quote. After agreeing a start date, the team started work on the agreed date and were very professional. The team always showed up on time, worked really hard, and always provided great communication and explanation of the work being done. Even though there were some unforeseen problems with the roof, TM Roofing were flexible with solutions and options to ensure work was not delayed and the cost of any extra work was not excessive. The team working on the roof was generally quite young, but they proved to be very capable always arriving on time, working full days, leaving the site clean. All the neighbours were very impressed with the team, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"We have had our 28 year old 70 sqm asphalt flat roof completely replaced with new boards and fibreglass, as well as new weatherboarding and guttering. The finished job looks excellent. Tom and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. They always came when they said they would. They always parked considerately towards the neighbours, in a very tight cul de sac. They were never heard to use bad language. They were always very polite. They were tidy, at the end of each day, gathering things into one place, and a big sweep up of debris at the end. They continued to work on our job until it was finished, rather than going off to do other things. "Our property is nearly 45 years old and although the roof had been retiled, the soffits and fascias were jaded and needed replacing. Tom's staff were polite and got on with the job. "After discovering a leak in my roof I contacted TM Roofing and they came out the same day to survey the roof within a couple of hours. Once here they got their drone out due to it being 3 stories.
