We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, with many of our new customers now coming through word of mouth, or from neighbouring properties wanting a similar transformation. With ever-increasing online reviews, many of which we are incredibly proud of, we will continue to keep raising the bar in the roofing industry, providing an unparalleled service and expertise. Today, as we launch our new recommend a friend scheme, existing customers can now earn a £100 reward by referring a friend to us.
It doesn’t matter how long ago we completed your roof, or your location. The work could be booked in, or completed years ago. Simply tell your friend about us and request that they log the recommendation with us when requesting a quotation. At that stage, when the details are raised on our system, that new booking can be attributed back to a previous customer.
Terms and conditions do apply to this scheme, but we strive for these to be fair and simple. Unfortunately, this reward cannot be claimed retrospectively, and all recommendations must be logged prior to our quotation and subsequent booking. The offer also only applies to complete re-roofing packages, and not our other services, such as flat roofing or roof repairs. Despite this, we still have many customers where this scheme will reap rewards.
Following the completion of your friend’s project, or the person who you recommended us to, we will make contact with the referrer within 60 days to arrange sending a £100 high street voucher via post. This can then be used to purchase a treat on our behalf, as a token of our appreciation for your recommendation. This reward is only redeemable once per customer, and once per project, based on a recommendation from a complete re-roofing project or flat roof installation. Those making a referral after a repair or secondary service are unfortunately exempt from the offer.
Striving to cater for all of our customers, regardless of the scale of work we provided, our clients can also now benefit by entering our free prize draw, where one lucky winner will be awarded a £500 cash prize. Drawn annually in the January of each year, simply leave us a review via our social media channels, by email or on a review sharing platform of your choice.
The winner of this draw will be announced by the end of January for the previous year, with all reviewers entering into the hat to be drawn at random. Please be aware that you must be a previous customer to be eligible to be entered into this draw, and that details will be matched to those stored on our systems prior to making contact to notify the winner. Only leave us a review if we have provided roofing services directly to you, and not to a family member or friend.
